• By uploading, you grant Upp Learn a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your content to provide our services.

• You agree not to disrupt or damage the websites or services.

Intellectual Property

All content on Upp Learn websites (excluding your uploads), including text, graphics, logos, and course material, is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or use it without our written permission.

Refund Policy

We provide refunds only if you do not receive access to the purchased course on skills.upplearn.in within 72 hours of successful payment. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@upplearn.in within 7 days of your payment with proof of purchase.

No Guarantee of Results

Upp Learn makes no guarantees that the use of our courses or services will result in any particular skill level, certification, job placement, or other outcome. Learning outcomes depend on individual effort and other factors beyond our control.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.

Limitation of Liability

Upp Learn is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

Jurisdiction
